Getting to know Kelsey
Family Nurse Practitioner
Kelsey is excited to meet and fulfill your needs. Her friendly and inviting personality will leave you with a smile. She is dedicated to fully understanding the reason of each visit. She has a passion in primary care and aesthetics. Kelsey was born with hip dysplasia. After two major surgeries and a body cast, she was left with two large ugly scars on each leg. Growing up she was very embarrassed and would get discouraged by the remarks people would make. She wants to strive to make each individual feel and look their best. She will be offering Botox and fillers at her office in Carlyle.

Primary care has also been a big passion of Kelsey’s. She grew up across the street from her grandmother. There was not a day that would go by that she would not see her. With cancer running ramped in the family, she passed away after a long 7 years. Going to many doctor appointments, she found just how large of an impact the provider would leave on the patient. She had decided at that point she wanted to do just that- leave a lasting impression on each patient that would brighten their day.
