Born and raised in Southern Illinois and working in the medical field since she was 16, Devin brings a wealth of experience to AST. She has provided care in emergency department, OB, orthopedic, and case management settings as well as working closely with primary and specialty care clinics. Her passion for healthcare comes from a desire to help others. Seeing a patient as a person rather than an appointment is of utmost importance to her.
"It is important to me to remember that there is more to our patients than what we see when they are in our office. So many times, our personal lives and experience influence our health and that is not something most people talk about. However, spending time with a patient and talking to them as a person—really getting to know them—it gives a provider a better chance of understanding a patient's health, holistically speaking.
