A veteran of the Navy and longtime resident of Southern Illinois, Bob has served as a Nurse Practitioner since 2015 and brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field to Advanced Surgical Technology. He is both a Nurse Practitioner and a paramedic. “As a provider, I want to get to know my patients. I feel strongly about focusing on the whole health of my patient, not just their physical health. I like to treat the whole patient; body, spirit, and mind. If a patient is depressed, for example, their physical body is not going to be in top form. I also like to emphasize the importance of preventative care, such as health screenings, in order to potentially catch issues before they arise.”
